RENOVATION/ NEW BUILD: Dill & Oli Design designs beautiful spaces to help our clients fully enjoy their spaces and to evoke a mood and aesthetic. This starts with a good space plan that may involve structural changes and includes lighting and electrical plans. You will get the specs for all the interior architectural elements such as wall and ceiling treatments, built ins and kitchen bathroom cabinetry and fixtures. Furnishings, window treatments, art and final touches are elements that we design, source and install. We help manage these remaining logistics so that all the elements come together on time and seamlessly for a highly curated interior.
INTERIOR DECORATING:
We also take on projects that focus on the furnishings only. In these projects, we conceptualize an interior plan that considers your lifestyle, personality and aesthetic taste. Furnishings and accessories are thoughtfully sourced, customized and layered for a complete look.
FF&E (FIXTURE & FITTINGS SCHEDULE):
As a developer or builder, you may be interested in hiring us to select all the fixtures and fittings that will be installed in your new build or renovation. We will give you the schedule for each room that includes the paint, floor, trims, tap ware, tiles, countertops, cabinet hardware, light fixtures to complete the project.

About Dawn
Our Story
After graduating from UC Berkeley, Dawn worked for Adobe before moving into the creative field of fashion design and apparel manufacturing. Since starting her interiors business with an opportunity from a friend, she has designed residences and commercial projects. Dawn is a creative space planner incorporating interior architecture with furnishings to create one-of-a-kind spaces that imbue a sense of effortless luxury with some old world charm. Dawn's style is a mix of contemporary and classic but makes use of textural finishes to add warmth and an organic feel to the spaces she designs. She takes a holistic approach to design, intentionally considering every element to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
